Helga Palko was born in Linz ,
Austria. She studied at "The Academy of Fine Arts" in
Vienna.
In 1954 Helga imigrated to Canada. Shortly
after, married and had three children .
After living in Ottawa she retired to
Spencerville and has now settled in Brockville Ontario, Canada.
