Email and I were made for each other, and I eventually reply to just about everything.

Why the subterfuge? Hundreds of spam messages a day.

Bouncing: if legitimate email from you bounces then:
i) send a plain text message with no formatting, attachments, images, etc., and
ii) always use (a) short, specific, personal, recognizable message titles - subjects like "Hello," "My Order," or "Advice" will automatically filter out as spam - or (b) the exact subject line "Advice on Boat Docking" to get around my filters.

(I modified this Javascript email spam-proofing technique, found here. Never post an unmodified email address on a web site - it will live on at archive sites and be harvested by spammers from here until eternity...)
