ERA 3 

2900 - A rogue Terran Admiral attempt to complete construction of the first Super heavy cruisers ensuring the dominance of the Terran Military.  Information leaks out leading to the destruction of the new ships.  

2908 - Inter-dimensional travel discovered.  An Uneasy Peace.


2951 -The Great Exodus: A massive discharge at the center of the universe sends out a subspace shockwave.   Unable to establish Communications with colonies or ships on the other side of the disturbance all assume the worst.  A mass evacuation takes place as ships study the faster than light phenomenon.  The new  Inter-dimensional technology is used to create a conduit to another universe allowing a large amount of the population to escape.  

2952 - A treaty limiting the number of active warships at any given time is signed allowing construction of new colonies and habitats for the evacuated 

2951-2956 - Minor  disagreements take place over settlement areas and new borders.  

2968 - The Terran and Dominion governments sign a treaty which effectively combine the two governments. 
The Terran Expeditionary fleet refuses to be integrated into the new fleet system. 

2969 - With more than half of the expeditionary fleet having mutinied the conflict soon escalates into a Civil War. 

2974 - Rebel forces overthrow and re-establish the Terran government. 

2975 - Kavarian populations overthrow Dominion control on their colonies and declare an independent state.  In their new bid for power they launch three Super heavy cruisers which had been built in secret.  Terran, Dominion and Rovinar ally their forces to destroy the new cruisers.  

2976 - A counsel is setup to reduce the number of conflicts between the factions and promote exploration and expansion out of the new colony zones.  

2984 - Trade routes are established linking the Core colonies to  nearby galaxy clusters.  Raiders from the local areas attack convoys on the trade routes temporarily bringing shipping to a halt.  Allied fleets are sent in to scour the surrounding area. 

2986 ty  (3039 RY) - A large Kavarian Expeditionary Fleet encounters a Republic Exploration ship and captures it. The Kavarian fleet breaks the encryption on the databanks of the captured ship and finds the location of the Republic Capital. The entire Kavarian fleet makes a long distance jump at 70j all the way to the Republic capital. Republic fleets can only manage Jump factor 30 and are unable to stop the Kavarian forces. The defense platforms and fleets of the Republic Capital are all lost. The Republic Capital is Captured and it's population is held hostage under threat of planetary bombardment.

2987 ty (3040 RY)  - Most of the Kavarian expiditionary fleet have spread out through the Republic and are engaged in ship building and troop Cloning operations. Krath forces have occupied the expansion regions of the Republic and are hunting down fleets in the outer rim. The Republic ship yards have not been found.

2988 ty (3041 RY) - Alliance ships on deep space missions are attacked by Krath Ships occupying the Republic Expansion Region. A Terran Battlecruiser stumbles into a battle between a Krath ship and two out-gunned Republic starships.

2989 ty (3042 RY) - Alliance counsel publicly aids Republic Forces fighting to end Kavarian Occupation. A fleet of more than four hundred ships are deployed consisting of Terran, Rovinar and Dominion ships. The Republic only reveals a fraction of it's own fleet strength to it's Allies and enemies, and relies mainly upon surviving ships from the Expansion regions.

2990 ty (3043 RY) - Several Kavarian Super heavy cruisers are secretly destroyed by Republic fast attack wings and Neeran Cruisers. The last surviving forces surrender to an Alliance fleet in August.  First use of a Vekron Torpedo. 

2993 ty - The Kavarian government openly attempts to overthrow the Alliance Counsel.  Mass production of Super Heavy Cruisers and various new ship classes allows the Kavarian Imperium to gain the upper hand in the opening part of the first Faction War.  

2994 ty - Terran built Shield Piercing and Vekron torpedos allow the Alliance counsel to overcome the Kavarian threat.  Dominion forces put down a Rebellion in the Deep Space 2 Colony zone drawing away fleets which would have aided the Kavarians. 

2999-3000-2nd Faction War

3003 -1st Dark Neeran War

3015-3016-2nd Dark Neeran War
