Fireplace: Installed a Valor fireplace where the old patio
door used to live:
Mantle is my own design and all shop built except for corbels which are hand carved but purchased.
Dinette: Dinette about 12'x13' the dinette addition is home to the new patio door and 2 more 7' windows making it a very effective sunroom.
It features radiant heating under the ceramic tile floor and when completed the will have the same oak trim as the rest of the family room.
Tile is an offset pinwheel pattern with 6x6, 6x12 and 12x12 tile. Radiant heat extends under the kitchen area as well.

Family Room: The old sunroom (hiding behind the old 2-sided fireplace) combined with the old family room now make a much more useable family room.
A 10' long window from the sunroom was replaced with 2 smaller 20" picture windows to make room for a built in entertainment center.
Recessed lighting was added and there is an oak beam (not shown) that covers the different ceiling height between old sunroom & family
room.
